Leena has over 10 years with a wide range of clinical experience in the field of Physiotherapy, treating all kinds of cases in the fields of Orthopedics, Geriatrics, Cardiology, Neurology, sports, pain and other rehabilitation conditions. She graduated in 2012 from the Kerala University of Health Science (India) with a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

She has worked in many capacities as a physiotherapist, which includes: team physiotherapy for various sports and events; private clinics, community work, conduct rural camps and long-term centers as a PTA. Lekha Nair is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy in 2015.

She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. Her specialties include Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
